Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria is a leading member based not for profit organisation that delivers innovative programs to support people with a mental illness, their families and friends to improve their well being. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will possess highly developed strategic planning skills and the ability to motivate your teams to deliver around KPIs. As the successful candidate you will demonstrate the following;
-A minimum of 2 years experience in Health/ Community Management
-A proven track record in developing strategic partnerships
-Sound financial and systems acumen
-Well developed interpersonal skills and the abilityto manage positive change
-A tertiary qualification in a Health related discipline
