This outstanding opportunity is now on offer due to steady company growth. Having recently won several new projects for 2012, we are now seeking anexperiencedDesign Manager to provide support in long term planning and overseeing the delivery of several major projects.
Reporting to the General Manager your key responsibilities include:

Provision of technical and engineering input for the successful execution of projects

Liaise with Project Consultants during tender, design development and construction phases of the project

Ensure project RFI's are being resolved in a timely manner

Attend project design meetings anddistribute minutes to all parties
-
Represent the company to clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Manage subcontract design engineers
-
Revision of project documentation consultant drawings, specifications of work
-
Prepare cost benefit analysis for proposed design changes with the project teams

Ensure the company is at all time meetingits contractual requirements
To be considered for this career opportunity you will ideally possess an Engineering Degree in a related field with extensive industry experience within constructionsector and will have experience managing complex multi-milliondollarDesign and Construct Projects.
