Payroll Officer

A great opportunity has arisen for an immediately available end to end Payroll Officer to work for a not for profit organisation located in the Inner Western Suburbs.
Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
  • End to end Payroll using ADP Payroll
  • Distribute payroll in a timely manner
  • Answering employee payroll queries
  • Month end reporting
  • Preparation of separation certificates
  • Maintain employee records
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
The successful applicant will have:
  • Proved experience with ADP or Meridian is mandatory.
  • Experience working with EBA/Awards.
  • Proven background in a commercial Payroll/HR department.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be a team player
  • Strong time management skills
The ideal candidate will have experience in this field or would have worked in a similar position in the past. There is ample parking around this office with the opportunity to move to their South Melbourne office in March. This role will allow you to achieve the right degree of work life balance.
