Jessica Inteman joined our Executive Recruitment division in 2009 and brings with her a wealth of expertise in the Health sector, predominantly assisting with middle management to executive appointments. Her expertise in Health is complimented by her formal qualifications and ‘hands on’ experience as a Physiotherapist working in both the Community and Acute settings. Jessica continues to maintain her professional registration with regular casual work within the Public sector.
Jessica prefers to work with her clients using our partnership model which enables her to develop a strong understanding of the program area and an honest understanding of the expectations within each role. Her knowledge of the health sector enables her to have targeted conversations with both her clients and candidates to best assess the appropriate ‘fit’ to the position whilst considering crucial factors such as cultural environment and management style.
