Profile of Jessica Inteman – Recruitment Specialist
Jess joined us having worked within the executive recruitment sector and her expertise is largely in assisting with middle management to executive appointments. She brings a wealth of experience recruiting to a range of senior positions with a generalist focus including; operational/general management, business development/sales, human resource management, marketing and communications, finance and specialist positions.
Prior to her work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Jess has gained experience working for both private and public organisations with a strong focus around customer service and business development. She was initially trained as a Physiotherapist and then moved into a sales role within the Pharmaceutical industry. Jess later transitioned to recruitment and has developed strong skills in this field making her a highly regarded recruiter with both clients and candidates alike. Jess specialises in recruiting within the Health sector and continues to work in the sector as a physiotherapist on a casual basis.
