Belinda Wiggins - Director/Owner

Belinda has over 20 years of recruitment experience, 5 years of which was spent in Zurich, Switzerland working in Human Resources for Citibank (Private Bank). Prior to this Belinda completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Monash University and worked in accounting within the oil & gas industry.

Belinda specialises in Executive appointments across a broad range of market sectors with an emphasis on Accounting and Finance. Over the past 20 years Belinda has built up strong Client and Candidate relationships which have helped to position BWS Recruitment as a leading specialist Recruitment firm in Melbourne.

Belinda is passionate about the recruitment industry and is committed to maintaining and developing further the successful partnerships she has with clients and candidates, both new and long standing.

Karen O'Brien - General Manager, Temporary Services Specialist

Karen is well known as a strong generalist recruiter, with over 26 years experience, and has worked in all markets across Temporary and Permanent, Executive and Support. She holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and has also worked in leading recruitment firms in senior leadership roles where she has actively mentored and trained teams to develop both their commercial awareness and client/candidate partnership skills. She is well-known within the recruitment industry for her commitment to both clients and candidates and her passion is to help others achieve their professional goals and for her clients to attract and retain the best talent.

Jessica Inteman - Manager, Executive Health & Community 

Jessica brings a wealth of experience recruiting from middle to executive appointments across all sectors in Health and Community. Jessica’s expertise recruiting in the Health sector is complimented by her formal qualifications and ‘hands on’ experience as a Physiotherapist working across the acute and community settings.

Jessica transitioned into Executive recruitment from working in Pharmaceutical sales and over the years she has developed a strong network of clients and candidates within her specialist field.    Her well developed knowledge of the health sector enables her to have targeted conversations with both her clients and candidates to best assess the appropriate ‘fit’ to the position whilst considering crucial factors such as cultural environment and management style.
 

Stacey Morrison - Operations Manager

Stacey has been supporting our Director, Belinda Wiggins since 2004, joining initially as the Senior Bookkeeper for the business. Over time Stacey has broadened her role significantly to take on the management of the support team and also direct responsibility for OH&S, Workcover and all I.T requirements. She is also an integral part of the contracting division and provides a friendly contact point for our many contractors with pay and timesheet queries.

Stacey’s commitment and passion for people is evident in her daily dealings with our clients and candidates and she has earned a high level of respect for her continued loyalty to the BWS Recruitment Team.
