Meet the Management Team


Belinda Wiggins - Director/Owner

Belinda has 20 years of recruitment experience, 5 years of which was spent in Zurich, Switzerland working in Human Resources for Citibank (Private Bank). Prior to this Belinda completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Monash University and worked in accounting within the oil & gas industry.

Belinda specialises in Executive appointments across a broad range of market sectors with an emphasis on Accounting and Finance. Over the past 20 years Belinda has built up strong Client and Candidate relationships which have helped to position BWS Recruitment as a leading specialist Recruitment firm in Melbourne.

Belinda is passionate about the recruitment industry and is committed to maintaining and developing further the successful partnerships she has with clients and candidates, both new and long standing.

Karen O'Brien - General Manager, Temporary Services Specialist

Karen is well known as a strong generalist recruiter and over the past 25 years has worked in all markets across Temporary and Permanent, Executive and Support. She holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and has also worked in leading recruitment firms in senior leadership roles where she has actively mentored and trained teams to develop both their commercial awareness and client/candidate partnership skills. She is well-known within the recruitment industry for her commitment to both clients and candidates and her passion is to help others achieve their professional goals and for her clients to attract and retain the best talent.

Fay Stokes - Associate Director

Fay commenced her recruitment career working with Centacom in Sydney and was transferred to Melbourne to set up an accounting recruitment division. After several years with Centacom, Fay moved to Accountancy Placements staying several years to set up their Temporary Services Divison. In 1995 Fay established Fay Stokes Personnel and in 2005 sold the business to Belinda Wiggins with a re-branding to Becks Wiggins Stokes in 2007.

With over 36 years industry experience Fay has established an outstanding reputation in the Melbourne marketplace. She has specialised her craft within the finance and accounting sector and has worked across broad industry sectors including health and community services, corporate and manufacturing. Her experience within the temporary markets is second to none and her continued association with BWS has only added depth to long-standing client partnerships.

Stacey Morrison - Operations Manager

Stacey Morrison is our Operations Manager at BWS Recruitment and over her six years with the business has established outstanding business practices to support the group based on her wealth of knowledge and expertise within Accounting and Administration.

Her experience prior to BWS has included working with some larger organisations such as, Debco Pty Ltd as well as on the Naval Base at HMAS Cerberus with Cerberus Retail Service traders (CReST).

Stacey has been supporting our Director, Belinda Wiggins since 2004, joining initially as the Senior Bookkeeper for the business. Over time Stacey has broadened her role significantly to take on the management of the support team and also direct responsibility for OH&S, Workcover and all I.T requirements. She is also an integral part of the contracting division and provides a friendly contact point for our many contractors with pay and timesheet queries.

Stacey’s commitment and passion for people is evident in her daily dealings with our clients and candidates and she has earned a high level of respect for her continued loyalty to the BWS Recruitment Team.
